Michael Perry graduated from the Rhode School of Design and attended the Rhode School of Photography. As a native New Englander much of his inspiration comes from the natural pull of the ocean.
Its vastness, rhythm, and beauty is a constant source of fascination. The unique quality of the monotype
process provides the perfect medium for capturing those experiences with all its nuance, not unlike the
one-of-a-kind experience from a day spent at seaside.
